New chest, gift and bag art, and what is inside each one
Rewards in Pet Heist used to come in simple flat icons. Since 11 October 2026 every chest, daily gift box and reward bag has new art, with a different look for each tier. The art is the same everywhere: in the Shop, on Home, in the reward sheets and when you open something. This is a good moment to explain what each container is and what it can give you.
What the tiers look like
There are three kinds of container, and each has its own set of pictures:
- Chests: a wooden chest for the free chest, then rare, epic and legendary chests.
- Gift boxes: the daily reward, from common to legendary.
- Reward bags: coin sacks from common to legendary.
When you open a bag, the picture steps up through the tiers before it stops on the one you got. You can tell a rare from a legendary at a glance now.
The free chest
A free chest is ready every 4 hours, and you can hold up to 2. Its odds are simple and shown in the game:
- 70%: 30 to 60 coins.
- 25%: 100 coins or 1 boost token.
- 5%: 200 coins or 3 gems.
Star bags
Every raid win pays up to 3 stars: one for coins, one for a pet, one for no alarm. Every 10 stars fill a reward bag, up to 3 bags a day. Opening a bag rolls its tier with odds that depend on your league. In Bronze the odds are 60% common, 28% rare, 10% epic and 2% legendary, and they get a little better in each higher league.
- Common bag: coins.
- Rare bag: 250 coins or 2 boost tokens.
- Epic bag: 500 coins, 10 gems or a rare pet.
- Legendary bag: an epic pet.
The League chest
Stars you earn after the day's third bag are not lost. Every 40 of them fill a League chest, up to 2 a week. Weekly quests give keys for more League chests. A League chest is rare, epic or legendary. Rare and epic chests give coins with boost tokens or gems, or a pet of a species you do not own yet in that rarity. A legendary League chest gives a golden legendary pet. Golden pets look special but have the same stats as normal ones.
There is also a safety net. If you open 14 League chests in a row without a legendary, the 15th is guaranteed to be legendary. This count stays with your account across seasons.
The daily gift
The 7-day calendar gives coins, boost tokens and gems, and day 7 adds a League chest. Miss a day and the calendar starts again at day 1.
Chests are never sold
You cannot buy chests, bags or pets in Pet Heist. Every container on this page is earned by playing.
